Private Residence - Basalt Fountain Surround

The contractor used Keystone Compac Hewnstone to create a dramatic entrance to this unique home.  The stamped-face block were used to create several different features including a mailbox post (created out of the corner block and topped with an Indiana Limestone cap), a tiered wall for planters, and a circular fountain surround at the side of the house.  But perhaps the most stunning feature is the use of the block to accent the unique three-piece basalt fountain, which is the main focus of the landscape.

The project was complimented by a stamped & colored concrete patio provided by Cemstone Concrete Products.  The homeowners intend to expand the project in 2011 with more landscaping, a full stamped & colored concrete driveway, and more Hewnstone walls along the other side of the home.
